Photo challenge winners selection

We notify the challenge Creator when the voting closes so they can choose the grand jury winner.  To select a grand jury winner, the challenge creator must first add their favorite submissions to the challenge's favorite gallery.

In the favorite gallery, the Creator can select a winner or remove images from the favorite gallery.

If after 2 weeks the challenge creator has not selected a winner, the system will crown the top-voted image as the People's Choice winner.  In this case, there will be no Grand Jury Winner for the challenge.

Challenges with less than 20 submissions will not have a voting period and the challenge creator must select the winner.

If a challenge creator does not select the winner and there is no voting, the challenge will be disregarded to keep the profile Challenges section streamlined.
