What are the Top Class Awards and what is the Voting Rank Update?

Top Class Awards are given to the photos with the most votes received in a specific contest, during the weekly voting period.

The Top Class Awards are divided in 3 groups:

Top 10 Class Award - An award acknowledging that your photo ranked among the top 10 percent most voted on images, for that voting period. 

Top 20 Class Award - An award acknowledging that your photo ranked among the top 20 percent most voted on images, for that voting period. 

Top 30 Class Award - An award acknowledging that your photo ranked among the top 30 percent most voted on images, for that voting period. 

This is a great way to learn about how your peers have voted on your photos and how your photo ranks.
Your weekly and final Top Class Award(s) will show on your photo's page and in the AWARDS section in your public profile.  Congratulations!


Did you receive a voting update by being a Top 50 Class?

This is a notification letting you know overall standing of your photo  Given the number of submissions in the ViewBug photo contests, being in the top 50 percent means that thousands of voters liked your photo and that is a BIG deal!

Did you receive a Voting Rank Update email without a Top Class award?

Find out how far away your photo is from making it to the Top Class by accessing the View Rank link in the ranking email that was sent to you.  

The only way to view and access the details on how your image performed, is by clicking the "View rank" link in your email.   Please note that you will not be able to see your ranking information if your browser is not logged in to your ViewBug account.
